Hi there! I’m Ambarish. I manage end to end Operations, service Delivery and Projects for the biggest IT and Telecom organizations, transitioning the operations and projects to a Data driven and Automated one leveraging Cloud, AI on an Agile framework thereby enabling people and organization to be successful.

I am currently working as as Service delivery consultant/manager for DSM. My responsibility lies as Service Owner for 200+ RPA BOTS, 200 Mendix applications, 250 Webmethods Integrations , DevSecOps implementation and EDM/Open text document management for 30 K business users. I am a single POC responsible for service of these. I leverage vendor management (HCL, SaG, Dynatrace, Acolad) to run these services

Prior to this I worked with Netcracker as a Senior Delivery Manager responsible for end to end delivery. for one of the major telecom customers from Dubai. It's a software Project. My organization provided customer with Revenue and Billing management solution and I ensure the operational delivery. I am accountbale for SLA, KI, Governance, Escalations, CSI etc. I have a team of 140+ people spanning across multiple continents.

Before that , I worked with DSM as “Global Service Delivery Manager” responsible for end to end operations and service delivery of IT applications like “CRM, Adobe, Cloud, Mendix, SAP Hybris and Application Performance Management”. The role can also be considered as Product Manager wherein I take the requirements of business and get that requirement turned to reality with Vendors like Microsoft (CRM), Adobe(AEM), Accenture(DevOps), Mendix(TCS), APM(Wipro, Dynatrace). Here , my typical week work is aligned with Sprint/DevOps Methodology.

In my Earlier role of “Head of Operate” in Ericsson , I was accountable for a UK based Project/Contract worth $100 million. It was a 430 people business and my role was related to Strategy formulation, execution and management. I was responsible for contract, customer and vendor management. I had a dotted reporting of 12 Line managers managing 420 people.

Prior to heading the operate, I worked as a “Senior Service delivery manager“. My main responsibilities were end to end management of operations, driving automation, data driven NOC, SLA’s , new scope stability and Escalation management. My key achievements in the role were 98% SLA, 35% Automation, 21% Profitability.

Prior to SDM role, I was working as “Project line manager” with direct reporting of 52 people, managing end to end a UK based contract with IM, PM, CM, Backoffice, Data Science and Automation teams under me. I was successful in driving the growth of the contract to 250%, 21% UEM profitability and less than 3% Attrition. I was rewarded as Best People Manager for 2018.

I have also worked in other telecom majors like “Vodafone” and “Nokia” in technical roles in the earlier part of my career.
